I have been in the butchery trade for 20 years now with 15 years specialising in home kill.

Over those years, I have actively helped the industry improve. I am always striving for quality, which is why I am proud to ensure our products are vacuum packed at no extra cost. Vacuum packing means that the product leaves us 100% and remains in 100% in your freezer. My philosophy is that I only produce products I would be happy to receive myself, and I accept nothing less than the best. I take heaps of pride in how things are done.

We are lucky to have an amazing team including two staff members who have been with us for a long time.

Kerrie comes from a background of dairy farming and before any meat is shown the vacuum packer it needs her seal of approval. Kerrie helps in all aspects of the process but is definitely known for her skills at sausage tying and keeping the boys in line. Not only that she also makes a mean carrot cake!

Monster came to help us out in the butchery one day and decided after 20 years working in the meat department at a busy Pak N Save, 10 of those as Manager, he would like a change. He fitted in to the team perfectly bringing new ideas and a wealth of skills. He also knows the firth of Thames like the back of his hand, having grown up fishing since he could hold a rod.

The team is a well-established tight knit group who value good old fashion hard work and reliability.
